On October 31, 2009 it is 5 years since the start of flights of EL AL Israel Airlines - leader of the Israeli air transportation market - from Domodedovo airport. In 2008, EL AL Israel Airlines passenger traffic increased by 6,5% compared with 2007. On November 3, 2009 it is one year since the beginning of regular passenger flights of WINDROSE airline from Moscow international airport Domodedovo. During this year WINDROSE transported 39,5 thousand people and completed 853 flights. The airline operates flights between Moscow and Kiev, and from June 2009 - also between Moscow and Lvov. WINDROSE was founded on October 28, 2003, and today it is one of the leading Ukrainian airlines.   >>>

Cooperation of the national air carrier of Uzbekistan "Uzbekistan Airways" and Moscow international airport Domodedovo began with the opening of air service between Moscow and the Uzbek cities - Samarkand, Bukhara, Namangan, Fergana and Andijan. On October 31, 2004 the airline has transferred all the flights to/from Moscow to Moscow international airport Domodedovo. The next stage of relations was the opening of 10 weekly flights from Tashkent, thus greatly enhanced the socio-economic relations between states.
