From May 31 st 2009 Aeroexpress will increase frequency of trains on Paveletsky station – Domodedovo airport destination. For the comfort of passengers during rush-hours trains will depart every 30 minutes. March 30 th, 2009, 10:05AM ( Moscow time) – the first aircraft of United, one of the largest US airlines, landed at Domodedovo airport. Upon touchdown the aircraft was saluted by an unforgettable water bridge. In the framework of the international Call Center World Forum - 2009 “Open Communications”, partner of Domodedovo airport in ASTIK (automated client information system) implementation is organizing a seminar. A specialist of the airport will conduct a presentation on the uniqueness, implementation process, support and further operations of the ASTIK system at DME. The Automated voice telephone directory ASTIK was implemented in Domodedovo at the beginning of the year. The progressive technology gives the opportunity to provide passengers with a maximum of information on air transportation rules, airport services, information on accessibility of the airport. The project is unique in many ways, for example due to the amount of speech recognition systems used. Other exclusive aspects and particularities of the ASTIK system will be presented during the seminar at the Radisson SAS Slavyanskaya in Moscow. ***  >>>
