airberlin: Direct flights now from EuroAirport to Enfidha and Malta
When the summer timetable for 2011 comes into operation, airberlin will be expanding its route network from Basel Mulhouse Freiburg airport. The airline has added two new direct services. airberlin will be flying an Airbus A 320 with a seating capacity of 174 to Enfidha (Tunisia) at 06.50 hours on Tuesdays. One-way tickets are available from CHF 139 / EUR 100. The red and white aircraft will be taking off for their direct flight to Malta at 11.45 hours every Sunday. The airline will be using a Boeing 737-700 with 148 seats for this service. One-way tickets start at CHF 69 / EUR 49.
airberlin is doubling the frequency of its daily flights to Berlin-Tegel from as early as February. The new hub offers convenient connecting flights to Scandinavia, Poland, Russia and the USA.
All other tourist destinations for summer 2011 are now available for booking by passengers from the Basel-Mulhouse-Freiburg area. From now on airberlin will be operating two services a week to Heraklion from CHF 179 / EUR 130. 16 destinations on the Iberian Peninsula, such as Bilbao and Lisbon, can be reached via the airline?s hub in Majorca. One-way tickets start at CHF 99 / EUR 70. Sun destinations, including Hurghada from CHF 269 / EUR 191, Rhodes from CHF 229 / EUR 155, Antalya from CHF 149 / EUR 106 and Nador from CHF 89 / EUR 63 are now also available for booking.
