Over five thousand East Line Group employees have improved their professional skills since the beginning of the year
Over five thousand employees of East Line Group, the managing company of Domodedovo International Airport, have participated in various programs aimed at improving their professional skills.
Currently, East Line Group companies in their activities utilize latest business solutions and technologies. This requires that all employees without exception should possess highest professional skills.
At the moment, the company uses a single centralized system of evaluation, training and professional development of employees. The system covers all East Line Group companies and allows for effective planning, organizing and implementing the process of corporate professional training.
Training courses aimed at improving professional skills and qualification, including offerings to develop management and communications skills, have been in the highest demand. Learning of the latest developments in the area of aviation security is obligatory for all employees.
The "Rank" program, which allows for comprehensive evaluation of the competence level of employees, has been successfully implemented for several years. After evaluation results are reviewed, individual training plans are developed. Employees can attend training courses both at the EAST LINE Group Training Center and at outside training centers, including those abroad.
About 20 thousand people are employed by EAST LINE Group at the moment. Three quarters of the personnel have university and college level education. EAST LINE Group employees are one of the youngest in the industry. The average age of EAST LINE employees is 37 years.
