Veterans’ meeting at the Domodedovo Aviation Depot!

Veterans of the Domodedovo Aviation Depot which celebrates its 45th anniversary this year have held a meeting at Moscow’s Domodedovo International Airport.

The event brought together eleven veterans many of whom had worked at the Depot since the moment of its inception. Sergey Yuryevich Yeryomin, the Director of the Domodedovo Aviation Depot, conducted a tour of the enterprise especially for the veterans.

The veterans visited the reconstructed section of the hangar which is to start offering heavy maintenance services to foreign-made aircraft in October 2008, the wheel and brake repair shop, as well as other new facilities. Vladimir Yevdokimovich Prokopchuk, the Managing Director of the Domodedovo Aviation Depot, answered the guests’ questions. After the tour the veterans had lunch and held informal meetings at Domodedovo Aerotel.

To conclude the event, East Line Group representatives awarded all veterans with memorable gifts.
