EAST LINE Group has taken part in the Central Europe Property & Investment Fair CEPIF-2005
EAST LINE Group, the company operating Domodedovo International Airport, has taken part in the largest and most prestigious investment fair in Central and Eastern Europe - CEPIF (Central Europe Property & Investment Fair), that took place in Warsaw in May 2005.
The 2-day conference on the factors, influencing property market in Central and Eastern Europe, was held in the Recreation and Science Center, which is the symbol of Warsaw.
The conference highlighted the questions of investments in Russian economics and development of warehousing and logistics, also the questions of land-use, property management, the erection of infrastructure objects such as trade centers, roads and airports.
The key points emphasized by the EAST LINE Group representatives were the erection of airports in Central and Eastern Europe and the perspectives on development of the largest Russian airport – Domodedovo International Airport. The speakers highlighted the advantages of Domodedovo over its main opponents: two parallel flight strips, the developed transportation system, the reconstructed passenger terminal of high capacity together with building of new parkings, additional terminals and finders as a part of “Airport City” project.
The Warsaw conference served as a bridge for future investments in the East and as a discussion forum of market professionals such as EAST LINE Group, which gathered together more than 150 exhibitors and 1800 participants from 30 countries of the world. This is twice as much as in year 2004, when CEPIF attracted the attention of 69 exhibitors and 900 participants from 18 countries.
