Moscow International Airport Domodedovo, Russian ZOOM and FOTOTravel present personal exhibition of the works of distinguished modern photographer Lev Melikhov. The exhibition features 23 black – and- white portraits made since the 80-s of the 20th century until today. Lev Melikhov is a member of the Union of Artists, graduated the Moscow Institute of Architecture, and is an architect. But photography became his main occupation. He got his first camera as a present when he was 8 years old and has been taking pictures ever since. It has been over 50 years now. Since 1963 his pictures have been published in various Russian journals and magazines. The author always takes portraits. Love and respect of his heroes never allows him to film in motion - they all pose for him, and this is one of the most difficult genres of photography.   >>>
