UTair Aviation completes 2010 IFRS Consolidated Financial Reporting

UTair Aviation has completed its annual IFRS report for 2010. The preparation of the IFRS report and its audit are an important element of UTair's transparency policy and its attractiveness for investors. According to the report, UTair Group revenues rose by 33% in over 2009, amounting to 44.4 billion rubles. Operational income increased to 3.15 billion rubles.

In 2010 the Group’s EBITDA grew 53%, which significantly improved its consolidated leverage coefficient from 6.4 to 4.4 points. EBITDAR also shows significant growth from more than 7.05 billion rubles in 2009 to 9.89 billion rubles in 2010. Net leverage (net debt /EBITDAR) constituted 2.7 points against 3.6 points for the same period in 2009.

The value of Group’s assets constituted 43 billion rubles, 28 billion of which are the main funds of UTair Group.

Operational cash flow figures also showed growth in 2010, constituting 2.9 billion rubles, exceeding 2009 figures 39%.

Internationally recognized audit firm KPMG provided audit services for the UTair Group. International accounting reports for UTair Aviation are available on the company’s web-site

UTair receives delivery of two Boeing 737-800

UTair Aviation has received another two mid-range next generation Boeing 737-800 aircraft from the Boeing facility in Seattle. The aircraft, configured with the new Sky Interior, come on schedule as part of 10 such aircraft expected this year. The number of Boeing 737-800 NG aircraft in the UTair fleet now totals seven, four with Sky Interior modifications.
