Rosaviatsiya praises UTair reliability for flight timetable performance

According to official data from Russian Federal Air Transport Agency Rosaviatsiya, UTair Aviation is among the industry leaders in on time performance and reliability according to the flight timetable. The company performed 6,877 regular and charter flights in June with delayed flight margin of only 2%.

UTair's top ranking performance is achieved through the daily performance management of flight operations and daily flight plans by UTair's Flight Control Center as well as through the use of advanced technologies for flight operations, including flight planning and fleet management. UTair has invested in fleet modernization and performs regular maintenance of its aircraft. The exceptional precision of UTair's timetable reliability has been repeatedly noted and highly ranked by Rosaviatsiya and by Russia’s largest airports.

UTair Aviation is one of the top three leading passenger carriers in the CIS and Baltic countries and has the most developed flight network in the region. More than 140 aircraft are involved in UTair flight operations, performing more than 300 passenger flights a day in the summer 2011 season. UTair receives delivery of two Boeing 737-800

UTair Aviation has received another two mid-range next generation Boeing 737-800 aircraft from the Boeing facility in Seattle. The aircraft, configured with the new Sky Interior, come on schedule as part of 10 such aircraft expected this year. The number of Boeing 737-800 NG aircraft in the UTair fleet now totals seven, four with Sky Interior modifications.
